Cairo – Mubasher: Profits of the Holding Company for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transportation Projects surged by 23.2% year-on-year in fiscal year 2016/2017, according to a statement by Egypt’s Transport Ministry on Thursday.
Net profit stood at EGP 45 million in FY16/17, up from EGP 36.5 million, the ministry added.
Revenues rose 8.33% to EGP 67 million in FY16/17 from EGP 61.8 million, the ministry highlighted.
The company’s total current projects amount to 152 projects at a total value of approximately EGP 14.6 billion.
The Holding Company for Roads, Bridges and Land Transportation Projects is considering to renew its contract with La'ala Al-Kuwait Real Estate Company as the Egyptian company’s agent in Kuwait.
