Cairo – Mubasher: Hometown Real Estate Development (HRED) has unveiled an EGP 1 billion first administrative and retail project in the New Administrative Capital.
Situated on 7,000 square metres, the project is planned to be executed in two phases including the construction of 10 administrative and retail storeys, according to a company statement.
The project also includes a two-storey underground parking and a 1,150 square metres roof garden, HRED’s chairman Diaa Al-Din Farag commented.
The project’s units will be offered for sale following a ministerial decree, while the whole project is slated for completion in within three years.
