Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Housing and Development Bank (HDB) approved a one-for-10 bonus issue worth EGP 126.5 million for 2020.
Accordingly, the bank’s issued and paid-up capital will be increased by EGP 126.5 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
During 2020, the lender achieved net profits of EGP 2.06 billion, down from EGP 2.22 billion a year earlier.
