Cairo – Mubasher: Investments in Egypt's housing projects total EGP 150 billion per year, housing minister Mostafa Madbouli said in a speech during the fourth session of Builders of Egypt Forum on Sunday.
Egyptian housing ministry is preparing for an annual chart for launching investment land plots for the private sector, he added.
This chart will allow investors to know about land plots that will be annually launched, the minister highlighted.
The ministry is working on paving the way for investing in the cities it implements within the coming four years through the participation of private firms, Madbouli indicated.
