Humansoft Q4 profits rise; dividends proposed

Kuwait-Mubasher: Humansoft Holding reported an annual growth of 166.8% in profits for the fourth quarter in 2015, according to a bourse statement.

The company’s earnings stood at KWD 9.39 million ($31.16 million) in Q4-15, compared to KWD 3.52 million ($11.68 million) in Q4-14.

The board of directors has recommended a distribution of 25% cash dividends or 25 fils per share.

Humansoft achieved KWD 17.52 million ($58.2 million) in 2015 as compared to KWD 8.26 million ($27.44 million) a year earlier, an increase of 112.1%.
