Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Integrated Capital (IC) has transferred 96 million of its shares in Eshraq Properties from the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to the firm’s account at Ajman Bank, according to a press release.
Eshraq on Wednesday said in a statement to the ADX that IC will remain the actual owner of these shares, noting that IC owns, directly and indirectly, 11.511% of Eshraq’s capital.
It is worth mentioning that Ajman Bank is one of the biggest new owners of Eshraq’s shares with 7.56%, equivalent to 175.8 million shares.
