Kuwait – Mubasher: International Financial Advisors (IFA) turned profitable in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the prior-year period, according to a bourse filing.
The company achieved profits of KWD 235,730 ($769,610) in Q1-17, against losses of KWD 4.41 million ($14.4 million) in Q1-16.
The company’s Q1-17 profits were backed by the rise of net income from hotelier and related services by KWD 1.39 million.
Other income rose by KWD 1.49 million year-on-year in Q1-17, while other operating expenses decreased by KWD 1.56 million year-on-year.
