Cairo - Mubasher: The IPO of three companies established to manage and operate Siemens power plants in Egypt has been postponed to next year, according to the the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC).
According to Al Mal News, international companies will operate the power plans until the three companies are established.
EEHC is considering offers from Orascom, Elsewedy Electric, among other companies.
In 2015, El Sewedy Electric said that it will invest EGP 233 million as part of an alliance with Germany’s Siemens and the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) to establish a set of power stations in Egypt.
