Cairo – Mubasher: IT Synergy Company said its board of directors approved on Wednesday the establishment of a branch in Ajman, UAE, according to a bourse filing Thursday.
The company expects EGP 7 million revenues from the new branch next year.
The branch comes in implementation of a cooperation agreement signed between Ajman Free Zone and the company on 29 October.
