Cairo – Mubasher: IT Synergy Company said Wednesday its board of directors would hold a meeting today to discuss the establishment of a branch in Ajman, UAE.
The plan comes in implementation of a cooperation agreement signed between Ajman Free Zone and the company on 29 October, IT Synergy added in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange.
Under the accord, a digital free zone will be established, while a timetable will be set for technical and commercial aspects.
