Cairo Mubasher: The board members of Ibnsina Pharma recommended distributing a total of EGP 75.4 million as cash dividends and bonus shares for fiscal year 2018.
Ibnsina Pharma’s board proposed paying EGP 0.7 per share at a value of EGP 50.88 million, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
In addition, the board recommended distributing 0.135 bonus share per each share at a totat of EGP 24.5 million.
During FY18, the Egyptian pharmaceutical distributor Ibnsina Pharma achieved EGP 262.52 million profits compared to EGP 170.13 million in FY17.
Ibnsina Pharma has posted a revenue of EGP 13.6 billion from January to December 2018 compared to EGP 9.8 billion in FY17.
