Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Centers for Real Estate Development Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Fawaz Alhokair Group, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Majid Al Futtaim Retail to open an Ikea store in Mall of Arabia.
Ikea Mall of Arabia will be the Swedish brand’s second store in Egypt, according to a press release.
Situated on 20,000 square metres, the new store is slated for inauguration by the end of 2020.
The project's value was not disclosed.
