Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Maritime City awarded Imdaad a three-year contract worth AED 4 million, according to a statement.
Imdaad will deliver, under the agreement, integrated facilities management (FM) services in Dubai Maritime City's MBC Building.
The scope of services provided includes hard services such as maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and minor civil works in the common area.
The FM solutions are designed to improve facility functions and asset management and lessen costs, as well as achieve streamlined operations.
