Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Imkan invited companies to present their offers to establish the “Makers District” project in Abu Dhabi, MEED magazine reported on Tuesday.
Imkan is a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG).
The new project is part of Al Reem Island development programme, MEED added.
With a total value of AED 2 billion, the Makers District includes several residential, commercial buildings and hotels on an area of 180,000 square metres, the data stated.
The project consists of around 1,000 residential units and 11,000 square metrs for commercial units.
It is expected that the district will be opened ahead of 2020.
