Imkan to unveil coastal project ‘Al Jurf’ at Dubai’s Cityscape Global

Abu Dhabi – Mubahser: Imkan, UAE’s leading property developer, on Monday announced a new coastal project called the Al Jurf, located in Ghantoot between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Considered Imkan’s second coastal destination, the project will likely to be officially launched at Cityscaspe Global 2018, slated to take place during the period 2-4 October at the Dubai International Convention Centre.

On-site construction works at the coastal project will begin in 2019, the company said in a statement.

The project comprises a wide array of distinctive residential features, including a town Centre, 24-hour security, shopping centre, private schools, mosques, health units amongst others.

“We look forward to the influence Al Jurf will have on the country’s coastal property landscape and welcome the opportunity for buyers to invest in a one-of-a-kind project,” Jassim Alseddiqi, board member of the Emirati developer and CEO of Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) commented.

Moreover, the residents of the compound will be given an access to the private and public beaches, Imkan noted.

The project’s first phase will be completed by 2021, Walid El Hindi, CEO of Imkan, said, adding that it will offer distinguishing chalets and ranches similar to those of the New York-based reveries.

The Emirati developer did not give further details on the project’s cost.
