Dubai – Mubasher: Al Habbai Contracting announced completing Mövenpick Hotel Apartments-Downtown Dubai, the brand’s sixth property in Dubai, with a total cost of AED 400 million ($108.92 million).

The new property is a five-minute walk from the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, as well as the largest shopping and entertainment centre, The Dubai Mall. It is also close to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The new hotel tower features the latest audio-visual and video-conferencing technology, Al Habbai Contracting said in a statement, adding that its hotel apartments boast dining areas and fully-equipped kitchens with multiple amenities including a cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine.
It is worth noting that Al Habbai Contracting is expected to deliver eight real estate projects during the first half of 2019.
