Riyadh – Mubasher: India's oil minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, is in talks with Saudi Arabia's Aramco over setting up a big Indian refinery, Reuters reported.
The news agency mentioned that the Indian minister was speaking at the Global Natural Resources Conclave in New Delhi.
Earlier in May 2016, the CEO of Aramco, Amin Nasser, had said that the company is seeking investment opportunities in the US, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China.
