Dubai – Mubasher: Property developer Seven Tides will unveil SE7EN Residences The Palm and SE7EN City JLT projects from its SE7EN brand to Indian investors during the Dubai Property Show.
SE7EN City JLT project which is worth AED 1.3 billion includes studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, Seven Tides said in a statement on Wednesday, adding that it has sold its first phase in less than a week.

The prices of its apartments start from AED 393,000, it said, noting that one-bedroom homes start at AED 768,000, two-bedroom apartments have a starting price of AED 992,000, while three-bedroom apartments begin at AED 1.40 million.
Indian investors rank first place among global investors in Dubai’s real estate sector with investments nearing AED 20 billion, Seven Tides CEO Abdulla bin Sulayem said, citing figures by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
He added that Indians executed 3,218 deals exceeding AED 5.9 billion in the first six months of 2018.
As for SE7EN Residences The Palm, whose construction started in September 2017, the project is expected to be delivered during Q2-20.
The project also comprises residential, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, the UAE-based developer revealed.

Studio apartments prices start from AED 740,000, while one-bedroom prices begin at AED 1.09 million, two-bedroom homes start at AED 1.98 million, and three-bedroom units begin at AED 3.5 million.
The Dubai Property Show will be held at the Bandra Kurla Complex, from 7 to 9 December. Seven Tides’ stand number will be D20.
