Indians invest AED 149bn in Dubai’s properties

Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai’s real estate sector has attracted as much as 38,800 Indian investors since 2006 with total investments worth AED 149 billion, according to the Dubai Land Department’s (DLD) recent data.  

For the first nine months of 2018, about 3,690 investors injected around AED 8.17 billion in 4,414 real estate projects in the GCC emirate.

This comes along with the 10th edition of the Dubai Property Show (DPS) that took place in Mumbai, India. 

Holding from 7-9 December, the event is aimed at maintaining confidence among all parties by ensuring successful transactions.

Indian investors pumped AED 20 billion in Dubai’s real estate sector during the full year 2015 and AED 12 billion in 2016.
