Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse closed Tuesday’s trading at the level of 1,144.27 points after falling by 0.45% or 5.12 points.
Trading volume reached 2.05 million shares exchanged at BHD 426,720. The market capitalisation amounted to about BHD 6.81 billion.
The industrial sector dropped 4.25% due to a 4.43% decline in Alba.
The services sector shrank 1.01%, pressured by a 2.14% decrease in Batelco.
The insurance sector slid 0.35% as Al Ahlia Insurance retreated 3.03%.
