Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) has submitted an offer to purchase a medical supplies plant for SAR 9.5 million, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The deal does not have any related parties, and will be financed from the company’s cash sources.
The relevant financial impact will be calculated when the plant owners approve the offer and the deal is completed, the statement added.
