Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Thursday’s trading falling by 0.37% or 41.10 points to the level of 10,955.31 points.
Trading volume decreased to 7.62 million shares from 9.6 million shares exchanged on Wednesday, turnover also shrank to QAR 279.1 million from QAR 305.36 million.
The industrial and banking sectors were the worst performers as they declined by 0.75% and 0.65% respectively.
On the other hand, the insurance sector topped the green list with a growth of 0.55% as Qatar Insurance topped risers by adding 0.87%.
