Mubasher: Inovest Company set the date for cash dividends distribution to Tuesday, 21 March 2017, according to a company statement.
“The amendment of the date is out of our hands”, the company added in its statement to the Boursa Kuwait and Bahrain Bourse (BHB).
Inovest’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on 5 March distributing cash dividends worth 7% of its capital or 2.8 cents per share for 2016. Total dividends for 2016 amount to $8.02 million.
The company achieved profits worth $10.1 million during 2016 against losses of $48.1 million in 2015.
