Mubasher: The board members of Inovest, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Bahrain Bourse (BHB), have submitted their resignation letters, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
The resignation of Inovest’s board of directors was due to personal reasons that were not disclosed.
Inovest will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to elect new board, the statement noted.
