Mubasher: The International Property Show (IPS) is likely to boost the UAE's investment in the European property market through its Europe Country Pavilion, according to a press release on Sunday.
The IPS, the biggest event for property sales in the Middle East, will take place from 9 to 11 April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The three-day event will feature Country Pavilion for Egypt as part of the new IPS ‘Mega Property Sale’ planned to provide buyers with exclusive deals and low-interest rates, the statement highlighted.
The IPS will also feature the Europe Country Pavilion, which will encourage European investments opportunities through special prices and package rates that improve overseas property investment, the statement said.
“The Europe Country Pavilion at IPS 2018 has been designed to open up European investment opportunities for UAE investors, while also attracting a fresh wave of European investors to the UAE,” director general of IPS Walid Farghal commented.
The Country Pavilions are a key part of our fresh ‘Mega Property Sale,’ Farghal added, noting that we are confident that the upcoming IPS will generate further international sales than ever before.
The show will also provide European investors with exclusive discounts and promotions on UAE properties from pioneer developers such as Al Mazaya Holdings, Azizi Developments, Danube Properties, Diamond Developers, Dubai Properties, Green Valley, MAG Lifestyle Development, and Wahat Al Zaweya.
