Mubasher: Integrated Capital has transferred 21 million of GFH Group’s shares to Ajman Bank, according to a bourse filing by GFH issued on Wednesday.
Integrated Capital will remain the beneficial owner of these shares, while its total direct and indirect shareholding in GFH remains 13.383%.
GFH noted that Integrated Capital will transfer another 19.7 million of GFH’s shares to the bank next week.
