Dubai – Mubasher: GFH clarified that Integrated Capital (IC) on Tuesday transferred 16.3 million of its shares owned in GFH to IC’s account with Ajman Bank.
IC remains the owner of these transferred shares, while its total direct and indirect shareholding in GFH remains at 13.383%, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
