Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has approved for Integrated Holding to list its shares on Boursa Kuwait, the Premier Market.
The listing will be effective as of Sunday, 15 July, with the company being listed under the industrial segment, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Earlier on Wednesday, regulatory sources told a local newspaper that the listing of Integrated Holding on Boursa Kuwait will be positive for the stock market.
It is noteworthy that Integrated Holding achieved an increase of 36% in profits to KWD 13.3 million in fiscal year 2017.
