Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Inter-Cairo Aluminum Extrusion will discuss the probability of either completing the process of offering a stake on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) or delaying it, said CEO Mohsen Moussa AbdelKader on Wednesday.
The company’s board will hold a meeting on Thursday 18 August, he told Mubasher in a phone interview.
Previous news reports stated that the company will postpone its IPO plans.
Earlier, Inter-Cairo Aluminum secured the approval of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to price its share at EGP 7.13 .
AbdelKader told Mubasher earlier, that the company plans to complete the listing of 30% of its stocks on the EGX by the end of August 2016 through a partial divestiture of its major shareholding.
