Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: International Holdings Company achieved a net profit of AED 27.37 million during the first nine months in 2019, versus AED 19.99 million in the prior-year period.
Sales revenue for the period in 2019 totalled AED 613.35 million, up from AED 370.42 million over the same period in 2018, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Income from investments fell to AED 9.17 million in the January-September period of this year from AED 9.98 million a year earlier.
It is worth noting that on 30 June 2019, the ADX-listed group acquired PAL Cooling Holding against issuing 1.311 billion new shares of International Holdings to the owners of the acquired firm.
