Mubasher: International Resorts has announced that it had set 9 January 2020 for the delisting of its shares from Boursa Kuwait.
The recent announcement will not have an impact on the company’s financial statement, according to a bourse statement released on Wednesday.
The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kuwait approved for International Resorts on 27 June to voluntarily withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.
