Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: InvestBank’s CEO Sami Farhat has resigned after a long period of service.
The decision will be effective on 13 September, the bank said, adding that a new CEO will be named soon, according to a bourse statement released on Monday.
“The board would like to thank Sami for his outstanding contribution to the bank over the last 41 years,” InvestBank’s chairman Omran Taryam commented.
Farhat said that he is very "proud" to have taken the leadership of InvestBank over the previous 18 years, “through a very significant period of development and transformation for the bank.”
