Investcorp bank said that its real estate arm in the United States has acquired five residential properties in metropolitan areas, according to a recent document.
The deal was executed through two separate transactions for approximately $220 million (BHD 82.34 million).
In the past 12 months, Investcorp’s real estate takeover deals reached a total of approximately $1.5 billion.
Investcorp has completed over 400 property investments in the last twenty years, with a value exceeding $13 billion.
