Mubasher: Investcorp has completed the acquisition of a stake in AlixPartners, according to a statement.
The Bahrain-listed firm bought the stake alongside a consortium of investors like AlixPartners' founder Jay Alix.
AlixPartners’ managing directors will continue to hold a significant stake in the company.
“We are now in our 35th year and, with revenues of $1 billion, I believe that AlixPartners is on a great trajectory,” according to the financial and operational consulting firm’s CEO Simon Freakley.
