Mubasher: Investcorp has invested a value exceeding GBP 250 million across its portfolio of the UK and European real estate assets since June 2017, according to a statement on Wednesday.
Investcorp has acquired five industrial units in Scotland for a total of GBP 11.5 million. The units are located next to several key transport connections across the M8 motorway, Scotland’s busiest motorway and a hugely important asset.
This acquisition is considered the Bahraini company’s seventh industrial property investment in the UK since June 2017, following the acquisition of a 200,000 square feet distribution warehouse near St. Helens in the North West of England in the first half of 2018.
Investcorp’s latest acquisition has been made in partnership with Citivale, a UK-based asset manager.
