Kuwait – Mubasher: A Kuwaiti court of appeal said Thursday it would interrogate The Investment Dar on 21 January over its restructuring plan.
The interrogation would be carried out before looking into a lawsuit filed by the company against the Central Bank of Kuwait.
It will include inquiries about what has been achieved in the plan since being endorsed in June, 2011.
