Mubasher: The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) retreated 0.73% or 8.54 points to close at 1,154.59 points on Wednesday.
Today’s turnover fell to about BHD 102,800 as trading volume decreased to nearly 601,700 shares.
BHB’s investment sector led the decliners with a 3.4% loss, dragged by ABC and GFH which levelled down 9.2% and 6.8% respectively.
Meanwhile, the banks sector rose 0.5% as National Bank of Bahrain grew 2.3%.
