Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a positive performance in Monday’s early trades, backed by the rise of three sectors led by the investment.
The DFMGI rose 0.04% or 1.49 points to reach 3,718.47 points by 10:05am UAE time.
The investment sector topped gainers with a 0.81% rise as Dubai Investments increased 0.7%.
The insurance sector advanced 0.2% after Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (AMAN) grew 0.81%.
The transportation sector increased 0.18% as Air Arabia went up 0.7%.
On the flipside, the real estate sector fell 0.10% after Arabtec Holding levelled down 0.7%. The banks sector sank 0.06% due to a decline in Amlak Finance by 0.74%.
The market saw trading of 134.29 million shares through 1,090 transactions, with a turnover of AED 170.03 million.
