Mubasher: The general manager of Raysut Industrial Estate said that investments in the zone currently exceed OMAR 415 million ($1.08 billion).
Raysut registered more than 190 projects by the end of 2017, of which 84 are currently producing, while the remaining are under construction or in the final phase of preparation, Hamand bin Hamoud Al-Qassabi added in a statement on Saturday.
The aim it to train more Omani calibres, with than 800 citizens currently working in the project.
Raysut will be offered for bidding in the first quarter of 2018m, and it is expected to be completed with 24 months after work beginning.
