Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that Mohamed Ashraf Omar, a client, has raised his stake in Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services (Egytrans) to 5.07% from 4.8%.
The client bought around 56.4 million shares at a value of EGP 256,800, by EGP 4.5 per share.
The company’s capital totalls EGP 156.06 million, distributed over 31.2 million shares, with a nominal value of EGP 5 per share.
The company's stock rose 4.68% to EGP 4.7 at the end of Thursday's trades.
