Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. said one of its investors has raised his stake in the company from 9.88% to 10.29%.
The investor raised his stake through buying 1.8 million shares for nearly EGP 2 million.
The company is capitalized at EGP 440.24 million distributed across 440.24 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
