Dubai – Mubasher: Ishraqah Real Estate Development on Wednesday announced the delivery of the freehold project “The Onyx”, which is located at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
The project comprises residential and commercial towers as well as a four-star hotel.
The Onyx includes five storeys for parking with a capacity of 1,440 cars, according to a company statement.
Earlier in 2017, Ishraqah inked an agreement with Coldwell Banker UAE to become the exclusive sales agent for The Onyx project.
Ishraqah Real Estate Development along with its sister companies have a real estate development and investments portfolio worth more than $5 billion in the UAE, the US, and Saudi Arabia.
