Kuwait-Mubasher: Housing Finance (Iskan) said on Monday that a local court has passed a favourable verdict that obliges a former client to pay the company $9.5 million in compensation.
Iskan clarified in a bourse filing that no financial impact will occur on back of the court order, since the losing party is not in Kuwait.
Iskan stock jumped 2% to settle at 24.5 fils during Monday’s trading session.
