Kuwait – Mubasher: Housing Finance (Iskan) said that the court of appeal has issued a ruling in favor of the company.
The lawsuit was filed by Iskan which will get, based on the court ruling, KWD 117,056, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
The financial impact is expected to be KWD 23,595 profits that will be registered in the financial statements after receiving the money.
