Kuwait-Mubasher: Housing Finance (Iskan) said Wednesday that Kuwait’s court of cassation has ordered “Abdulaziz Nasser Al-Ghanem” to pay the company a total amount of KWD 598,777.
The court has accepted the appeal filed by Iskan, ordering Al-Ghanem to pay 11.5% annual interest on a payment overdue from 1 August, 2012 until the settlement is completed.
The company noted that a gain worth about KWD 410,000 will be registered as a financial impact from the court’s rule.
