Kuwait-Mubasher: Housing Finance (Iskan) said it would achieve about KWD 361,050 profit as a subsidiary has sold a land property.
Iskan said in a bourse filing that the land was sold for KWD 4.19 million.
The deal’s profit will be registered in the financial statements for the first quarter of 2016.
Iskan stock grew by 2% to close at 26 fils in Wednesday’s trading session.
