Mubasher: Bahrain's Ithmaar Holding on Monday announced that it is waiting for the final approval of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) to be listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
After receiving the central bank's approval, the company will declare that it has met all requirements and would set the listing date, according to a company statement.
On Sunday, the UAE’s Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) approved the listing of Ithmaar Holding under the category of foreign joint-stock companies.
