Mubasher: Ithmaar Holding plans to increase its capital by $300 million during the second half of 2019, according to a recent bourse statement.
The board members of Ithmaar, listed on Boursa Kuwait, the Bahrain Bourse (BHB), and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will discuss restructuring the current capital, $757.68 billion, through offsetting the accumulated losses.
Ithmaar incurred a loss of $24 million in fiscal year 2018, 72% lower than $84.7 million in the same period a year ago.
