Riyadh – Mubasher: Jeddah Economic Company (JEC) partners including Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) signed a SAR 180 Million electrical power agreement with Saudi Electric Company (SEC).
“By signing this important electrical power agreement, the main infrastructure services of Jeddah Economic City and Jeddah Tower are considered complete,” said KHC’s CEO Talal Almaiman.
The newly-signed agreement initiates the medium voltage sub-station, which will be completed in three years, Mounib Hammoud, JEC’s CEO stated, according to a company statement.
“Moreover, we will be signing off additional agreements to supply the project with domestic water supply and a district cooling plant for the city that we will be announcing soon,” the top official concluded.
