Riyadh – Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company announced that its board of directors has approved the resignation of chairman Abdulaziz Mohammed Alsubeaei.
Deputy chairman Abdulraouf Mohammed Mannaa will be assigned with all of the chairman’s duties until the board appoints a new chairman in its next meeting, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.
It is worth noting that Jabal Omar turned to losses during the third quarter (Q3) of 2019.
